Appearance: Koganegawa stands at 6'5", which is really just unnecessarily tall for someone like him, who already seems to take up so much space. At first glance, he seems like the tall and narrow type, but he's build with broad shoulders and all lean muscle mass. He has narrow, dark eyes and thick, dark brows with a cut through the end of one, the result of an old scar from a racing incident. He has mid-length, dyed blonde hair, save for the underside - which he'd had as an undercut and never dyed when it grew out - and the front bangs, which generally stick up in a rather comical way.
While in formal situations, he dresses in suits like his status expects, his go to is generally designer brand clothes, t-shirts and sweats with slides or sneakers. His ears are both pierced and he always wears a pair of tiny black hoops, as well as silver studs in his second lobes and a handful of simple chain necklaces.Personality: Energetic and enthusiastic, Koganegawa tends to come off as rather overbearing to most people. He's loud at best and just annoying at the least, but he's generally a fairly friendly type of person. On the other hand, he's almost entirely oblivious to any and all social cues, so he's not the best at knowing when someone wants nothing to do with him. He's rash and extremely impulsive, generally acting way before he really think. His simple-minded nature would be something almost endearing if it didn't contribute to many, many problems associated with him. He's a determined and stubborn person by nature, but it tends to be a coin toss on whether that's good or bad.On the other hand, due to his upbringing, Koganegawa is extremely unaware of social norms outside of his status. Due to this, he ends up offending people by accident and he's terrible at making friends because he thinks he can just pay people to hang out with him. He's very eager to please and gets excited easily, but he doesn't really understand being told no and tends to act rather entitled to things because his parents gave him everything in replacement for their time.

History:Born into a wealthy family, Koganegawa has known no life outside of luxury. His mother was a famous model and his father was a politician, so his parents were involved with the Den even before he was born. Growing up, Koganegawa was practically spoonfed everything he wanted or could ever need. He had private tutors, all the toys and games he could desire, and even if he only really got to see his parents when they needed him for a public appearance, he had a family and a house massive enough to get lost in. He learned it head to toe through his childhood. Koganegawa wasn’t the brightest, though, and even though his grades were terrible with his tutors, they would pass him on the basis of money and it made no difference.He was enthusiastic and cheerful, but despite this, he tended to be entitled. As a boy who was used to getting everything he’s ever wanted, he became accustomed to using his money to his advantage. This became a sure thing in his life. Offering people money, he reasoned, would make them be his friends or make them do things or get things for him. He was never presented the chance to learn otherwise - no one ever outright told him no. These so-called friends of him only pretended to tolerate him because they were literally being paid to do so.He was eighteen when he found out about his family's involvement with the mafia. He was expected to follow in his father's footsteps with the matter, and knowing no other life or path, Koganegawa complied. He became an informant when he was nineteen, and he's been there ever since, bringing information on the wealthy people who spilled their secrets to him and his family, as well as being a constant financial supporter of the group.
